Events & Marketing Specialist

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Events & Marketing Specialist to drive branding and marketing strategies. The role focuses on positioning and campaign planning, collaborating with internal teams to execute initiatives across digital channels, recruitment campaigns, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the organization's branding and marketing strategy.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across social media platforms, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Create and execute marketing plans to support recruitment activities, events, and business expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, interns, and external vendors to ensure effective execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend enhancements for better results.
• Support employer branding and lead generation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or strategic marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand management.
• Able to contribute at both strategic and execution levels when required.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
