Maybe you were the one customers approached during your retail or F&B shift. Maybe you've never worked in sales, but you're comfortable starting a conversation and keen to learn.

At Vision Organisation, you'll represent brands at events, roadshows and pop-ups across Singapore. Your day begins with campaign training and practice with your team. Then you'll meet customers face-to-face, explain what the brand offers and recommend solutions that suit their needs.

You'll learn how to approach people, communicate clearly and handle rejection. Your coach will give you feedback as you improve, and you'll work with your team towards campaign goals.

This is a full-time, on-the-ground sales and marketing role. No prior sales experience is needed fresh graduates are welcome. We're looking for someone willing to learn, comfortable speaking with new people and ready for an active workday.

Training and coaching are provided. There are opportunities to take on coaching and team responsibilities as you build consistent results. Earnings are performance-based, and we'll explain the structure during an introductory call.
