Our client a lifestyle wellness Company is seeking for a Marketing & Events Executive with marketing agency experience and the selected Candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating marketing campaigns and corporate events to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and business growth. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
Global Marketing Campaigns
Support the development and rollout of global marketing campaigns across regions
Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all markets
Coordinate with country teams to localize campaigns while maintaining global brand standards
Oversee production of marketing collateral (digital, print, video, event materials
Brand & Creative Coordination
Work closely with design and creative teams to ensure high-quality, premium outputs
Provide input on campaign concepts, key visuals, and brand storytelling
Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, including events, social media, and marketing materials
Event Planning & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, incentive trips, conferences, and product launches
Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and on-site execution
Develop event timelines, run sheets, and rehearsal schedules
Liaise with internal teams and external partners (agencies, hotels, suppliers) to ensure smooth delivery
Oversee on-site operations and troubleshoot any issues during events
Content & Communications
Draft and refine marketing copy, event announcements, and internal communications
Coordinate bilingual content (English & Chinese) where required
Support social media and digital marketing initiatives
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries/regions
Manage communication with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
Budget & Reporting
Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor quotations
Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency
Prepare post-event reports and performance analysis
2-5 years of experience in marketing and/or event management with experience working with agencies and vendors
Strong in marketing, project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Bilingual in English and Chinese

Salary up to S$4,000 (Depend on experience) + variable performance bonus

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday
