Company Description

SGListCos is the association representing companies listed on the Mainboard and Catalist of Singapore Exchange. Established in May 2022, SGListCos provides a platform for all listed companies. The association objectives include Thought Leadership and Advocacy, ESG Ecosystem Building, and Corporate Access and Investor Relations.

Role Overview

This junior executive role focuses on the end-to-end execution of partnership activities and event management. You will manage existing and new sponsor relationships, execute event logistics, and develop marketing content to support the association's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Management

  • End-to-End Execution:Plan, organize and execute high-impact events, including conferences, roundtables, and networking sessions in physical and virtual formats.
  • Logistics & Coordination:Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Collaterals & Copywriting:Prepare marketing presentations and sales materials while writing professional copy for event invitations and program synopses.
  • Event Marketing:Prepare and execute prepare invitee email databases, electronic mailers, registration hyperlinks, track registration data, send calendar items, acknowledge responses, respond to queries and other event related matters.
  • Post-Event Tracking:Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports.

Partnership Management

  • Sponsorship Execution:Negotiate and secure sponsorships for events and academy programs from within our network.
  • Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Proposal Creation:Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and contracts for branded activations.

Operations & Cross-functional Support

  • Communication Management:Manage social media calendars and newsletters to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Pipeline Maintenance:Maintain the CRM and partnership pipeline to track engagement and member onboarding.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and confidence in client-facing settings.
