Your Responsibilities
Event Operations Management
- Responsible for supporting the Managing Director, General Manager and Senior Events Manager in all event management activities
- Provide support for all events and campaigns (both in-person and digital, where necessary) from pre-event planning to onsite delivery and post-event management
- Deliver successful events onsite, overseeing setup and related logistics
- Source, negotiate and manage external vendors necessary for all events
- Liaise with clients during the event planning process to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure customer satisfaction (sponsors, delegates, speakers included) by responding to their queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide customers (sponsors, delegates, speakers included) with necessary event information according to the event delivery timeline
- Assist in administration items for the operations team
Customer Service
- Responsible for assisting in customer enquiries and support where needed
- Working with the CS department on client invoices

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
