Job Summary

You will lead client engagement and event space operations to drive business growth and deliver exceptional event experiences. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to coordinate logistics, negotiate rental agreements, and support sales efforts that maximise event space utilisation.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to enquiries from potential clients to understand their event requirements and recommend suitable rental options
  • Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with prospective clients to showcase the event space and address their needs
  • Negotiate rental terms and guide clients through the booking process to secure confirmed reservations
  • Prepare accurate quotations, booking confirmations, and rental agreements to formalise client commitments
  • Follow up on leads to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, contributing to revenue growth
  • Coordinate event logistics before, during, and after bookings to ensure seamless execution aligned with client expectations
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage event setup, on-site support, and post-event activities
  • Manage event bookings, schedules, and client records to maintain operational accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in organising internal events, workshops, and community gatherings to support company initiatives
  • Maintain clear documentation for bookings, payments, and operational processes to support transparency and accountability
  • Support general business logistics and administrative operations to enhance overall organisational effectiveness
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving and innovation
  • Work collaboratively within a small team environment to achieve shared goals and support company growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in events management, venue operations, hospitality, or administrative roles is an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills demonstrated by managing multiple bookings or projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills applied in client engagement and negotiation contexts
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through to ensure all event and administrative tasks are completed accurately
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates client and operational needs to prevent issues and enhance service delivery
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
