Events Executive (Media)

• Acquire a good understanding of company capabilities and services and effectively communicate all offerings to client
• Ability to work independently, organized, dependable and detail-oriented
• Manage project requirements, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
• Oversee photobooth event operations
• Assist in event production onsite
• Plan and publish content across cluster social media platforms, including copywriting, scheduling and basic asset coordination
• Support social media coverage of events and activations

Requirements:

• Passion for social media marketing, branding, and event management
• Minimum Diploma in Events/ Marketing or other related disciplines
• Social media and video editing experience
• A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and good with timelines
• Flexibility to work on weekends (based on event schedule)
