Events Executive

Position Descriptions:

This position reports to Manager and Director and interfaces with teammembers. We are looking for an Events Project Executive to join our expanding team. As a Events Executive, you get to lead and curate thematic atrium events. Every atrium event requires a specific theme and Project Executive gets to brainstorm for ideas to curate for the events and spring it to life! You will be the go-between among vendors while managing clients and timelines.

1. Conceptualize and organize atrium events spanning the entire island, each centered around distinct themes.

2. Engage directly with Mall and Venue proprietors to present innovative ideas and secure event locations.

3. Cultivate and extend corporate connections to facilitate an increased number of events.

4. Outreach to potential vendors to join our atrium fairs

5. Collaborate closely with the Design and Marketing teams to bring clients visions to life for each event.

6. Coordinate with the logistics team to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support as needed.
