Event Content Producer
We are looking for an experienced Event Content Producer to join our Global Marketing team, with the mission to champion compelling product event keynotes and session content, and to design and own the global deck template design and maintenance, ensuring a cohesive and impactful experience across all events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of business and product objectives to propose, develop, and own high-quality, engaging content for keynotes, breakout sessions, and other product-focused event speaking opportunities
- Adapt and refine technical content sourced from the Integrated Marketing content team, re-purposing it specifically for events as a high-impact channel
- Collaborate closely with the Integrated Marketing content team (creatives and copywriters), internal event marketers, and external event agencies to plan, execute, and optimize all event content deliverables
- Manage all content development from start-to-end, including but not limited to content objective setting, speaker briefing, script writing/editing, and rehearsal management
- Design, develop, and maintain the standardized global presentation deck template, ensuring brand consistency and ease of use for all internal teams
- Coordinate with design and content teams to develop and produce all necessary event content and visual presentation collateral
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- 37 years of relevant working experience in content production, content strategy, or editorial roles in the financial services industry, ideally in the CFD (Contract For Difference) sector
- Proven success in developing and producing content for large-scale online, offline, and hybrid events, with a focus on product storytelling
- Exceptional content management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex speaker/stakeholder groups under tight deadlines

- Familiarity with regional target audiences and demonstrated ability to localize and target content for regional market relevance
- Excellent communication, editorial, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Some proficiency in Chinese is advantageous to liaise with team members in Chinese speaking markets
- Proficiency with content and project management tools, including presentation software (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint)
