Events & Business Operations Executive

Location: Raffles Place, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

IDLah is Singapore's leading home & living events platform, connecting renovation-ready homeowners with trusted interior designers and lifestyle brands. We're looking for a dynamic and driven Events & Business Operations Executive to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that blends event management, business development, and operational execution - perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the team, you will be expected to handle a mix of operational and growth-driven responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Conduct outbound calls to homeowner leads for event attendance and service engagement
  • Oversee and coordinate the logistics, planning, and smooth execution of events
  • Manage event teams and liaise with vendors, contractors, and interior design firms
  • Lead business development efforts to secure new brand partnerships and collaborators
  • Maintain close communication with the Founder and Team Lead for strategic alignment
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking sessions, and on-ground activations

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and performance-oriented:

  • Proven ability to manage both operational tasks and sales-related responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Able to commit to event schedules, including occasional weekends
  • Based in Singapore, with prior experience in events, sales, business development, or home & living sectors preferred
  • Experience in interior design or renovation-related industries is a strong plus
