Job Description

We're looking for an Events & Community Lead to help us deliver the best on- and off-court experience. You'll own our tournament and events calendar from concept to execution, while nurturing the community that makes Pop Padel more than just a place to play. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who loves sports, people and making things happen.

Events & Tournaments

  • Plan, manage, and execute Pop Padel's full calendar of events: leagues, tournaments, social plays and corporate events.

  • Own end-to-end logistics: venue setup, scheduling and communications.

  • Coordinate with sponsors and partners to deliver on activation commitments at events.

  • Liaise with external vendors (photographers, suppliers) and manage event budgets.

  • Serve as the face and host of Pop Padel events by welcoming players and other guests.

  • Manage tournament submissions and compliance requirements for official events.

Community Building & Experience

  • Be the go-to person for our player community - welcoming new players and fostering an inclusive, energetic culture.

  • Develop and run initiatives that grow engagement across all skill levels, from beginners to competitive players.

Sponsorship Activations & Marketing Support

  • Capture content at events (photos, reels, stories) and brief our social media team on key moments.

  • Help execute sponsor deliverables including branded posts, event-day activations, and partner shoutouts.

  • Contribute ideas and briefs for campaigns that grow Pop Padel's audience and brand awareness in Singapore.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-4 years of experience in events management

  • A genuine passion for sports and for building people-first experiences.

  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple events and priorities at once.

  • Strong communicator - confident with players, partners, sponsors and vendors alike.

  • Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp, Google Workspace and Instagram.

  • Padel player or willingness to learn the game is a big plus.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of shaping a fast-growing padel scene in Singapore.

  • Fun, inclusive and active environment.

  • Real ownership and the opportunity to shape Pop Padel's events culture as we scale.
