Job Description

What You Do

As a Senior Digital Executive, you are responsible for managing digital campaigns and delivering strong performance across accounts.

  • You independently execute and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta.

  • You oversee campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, and reporting maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • You analyse performance data, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • You present campaign performance confidently to clients, responding to queries and providing informed data-led recommendations.

  • You work closely with clients on digital workstreams, providing updates, and practical insights aligned to campaign objectives.

  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams across PR, content, and strategy to ensure digital activity supports broader integrated campaign objectives.

  • You support new business efforts by contributing digital insights to proposals and pitch materials where required.

  • You manage and deliver across digital campaigns efficiently, ensuring work meets performance objectives, and aligns with client expectations.

  • You provide guidance to junior team members when needed, helping to maintain consistency and delivery quality.

  • You contribute to operational stability by maintaining clear documentation and structured delivery processes.

What You Offer

  • You bring 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment.

  • You have strong hands-on experience in paid social platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Meta, with the ability to manage and optimise campaigns independently.

  • You are confident in working with clients, presenting performance results, and providing recommendations in a client-facing role.

  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

  • You have experience managing multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously, with strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Experience working with B2B, technology, or corporate clients is preferred.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), tracking, or marketing automation platforms are advantageous.

  • You are proactive, dependable, and able to operate independently while collaborating effectively with broader teams.

  • You use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity to optimize and streamline your work

  • You are familiar with Slack and Google Workspace
