Job Description

  • Position : Events & Admin Coordinator
  • Location : Raffles Place
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | 2 Days WFH Per Week
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $3,200 + Medical Leave (Pro-rated) + Annual Leave (Pro-rated)
  • Duration : 6 Months Contract
  • Industry : Professional organization

Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and coordination of events, seminars, and member activities
  • Handle registrations, attendance tracking, and participant enquiries
  • Assist with event logistics, materials preparation, and scheduling
  • Liaise with vendors, speakers, and partners for simple coordination matters
  • Prepare basic event communications, emailers, and presentation materials
  • Update event information on website or internal platforms
  • Provide meeting coordination, minutes taking, and general admin support
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Events, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in admin, coordination, customer service, or events support role
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and follow through on assigned duties
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
