- Position : Events & Admin Coordinator
- Location : Raffles Place
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | 2 Days WFH Per Week
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $3,200 + Medical Leave (Pro-rated) + Annual Leave (Pro-rated)
- Duration : 6 Months Contract

Responsibilities:
- Support planning and coordination of events, seminars, and member activities
- Handle registrations, attendance tracking, and participant enquiries
- Assist with event logistics, materials preparation, and scheduling
- Liaise with vendors, speakers, and partners for simple coordination matters
- Prepare basic event communications, emailers, and presentation materials
- Update event information on website or internal platforms
- Provide meeting coordination, minutes taking, and general admin support
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Events, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in admin, coordination, customer service, or events support role
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and follow through on assigned duties
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
