Events Account Executive

Role Overview

This position is open to candidates of varying levels of experience from Junior (Fresh Graduates) to Senior Account Executive (up to 3 years of working experience) , working on-site in Singapore. You'll play a key role in managing client accounts and relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery of projects. Depending on your experience, you may take on greater responsibility in leading accounts and projects. Fresh graduates are welcome - we provide mentorship and training to help you grow into an Account Manager role.

Job Description

• Manage client accounts and support events projects from brief & presentation to post-event reporting.

• Manage end-to-end event planning and execution.

• Work with internal teams to develop proposals, budgets, and creative concepts.

• Co-ordinate project timelines, resources and deliverables.

• Support on-site event execution and problem-solving.

• Build strong client relationships by offering proactive solutions.

Requirement:

• Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience in events, marketing or client servicing.

• Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office / G suite.

• Team-oriented, independent team player, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

• Willingness to work flexible hours during event periods.

• Positive Attitude, easy going & positive values in ethics and personal integrity.

Bonus skills:

• Knowledge of creative design software or other digital applications.

• Class 3 Driving License.

• Experience in AVL, Conference, or Productions.
