Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities (Client Representative)

  • To manage and oversee the site safety during different phases from set up, actual event till tear down. Also act as covering Site Manager for the daily site operations at the event site.
  • Provide workplace safety and fire safety advice and oversee the fire and safety aspect required in proper order.
  • Work closely with the Authority to plan a framework/proposal that can be implemented to meet the event's needs while keeping in compliance with the regulatory requirement imposed by both government authorities and venue owners.
  • Manage and monitor the workplace safety and fire safety for all set-up, tear-down, rehearsals and show by working closely with the appointed contractors to ensure that all tasks are completed according to all regulations.
  • Conduct daily site recces and inspections with relevant personnel/contractor as part of work monitoring. To document the daily monitoring and mitigation measures taken after observations where applicable.
  • Work with the appointed Technical Team and Site Manager to manage, consolidate and check through the submission (including Risk Assessments) by the appointed contractors and advise on any changes required to meet all government agencies regulatory requirements and to ensure all technical drawings are endorsed by the correct authority with necessary permits obtained.
  • Create documents which are related to workplace safety and health (WSH proposal and risk assessment) and fire safety requirement for various permits submissions when required by the Authority.
  • Provide necessary assistance regarding workplace safety and fire safety issues during all rehearsals, technical runs, actual show day and tear down.
  • Prepare Risk Assessment (RA) for the rehearsals and actual event and submit to the Authority one month prior to the event date.

Requirements

  • Certified Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) registered with MOM
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in work site safety management
  • Experience in events safety management will have an advantage
  • Minimally WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or Equivilant
  • Preferably possess a Class 3/3A driving license
  • A good team player who can multi-task, work with all levels of people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, observant, responsible and able to perform operational tasks assigned

Contract Period

  • Mid December 2025 to End March 2026
  • 3.5 months contract

Working Duration and Hours

  • Follow a given weekly roster
  • 9 hours shift daily (inclusive of 1-hour break for meals)
  • 5-day work week depending on site activity needs.
  • Before Rehearsal Starts - Sunday off and 1 weekday off
  • After Rehearsal Starts - 2 weekday off
