Event Specialist

Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of events such as Conferences, Exhibitions, Product Launches, and Corporate Events. Responsibilities

• Planning, development, and execution of large-scale events, including conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and corporate events.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, provide strategic event solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of all event components.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure all event logistics are meticulously planned and executed.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of event marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, promotional materials, and attendee engagement activities.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management to continually enhance the quality of events.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior event staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
