Event Sales Manager

Summary

• Basic: $5500 + Incentive
• 5 days / Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the full events function - from initial enquiry and reservations through to on-site running and post-event evaluation - while overseeing proposals, timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing, budgets, and legal obligations.
• Work closely with restaurant operations, culinary, marketing, and support teams, and coordinate vendors and logistics to ensure seamless, high-quality event execution and guest satisfaction.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships, including key customer service, team liaison, and record keeping, in line with the company's image and positioning.
• Drive business growth by researching new clients and event opportunities, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business avenues.
• Set event pricing structures and cost breakdowns, and manage budgets, profitability, and P&L performance, including post-event reviews and continuous improvements.
