Event Sales Manager drives revenue by selling event spaces, managing client relationships from inquiry to execution, and coordinating all logistics like menus, vendors, and staff to ensure successful, seamless events that meet budget and client expectations. They act as the main contact, create sales plans, negotiate contracts, handle event details (BEOs, timelines), and collaborate with operations and marketing to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Drive sales for wedding, solemnization, and related event packages.
2. Handle client inquiries, conduct venue tours, and prepare proposals/quotations.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, wedding planners, and vendors.
4. Coordinate event details with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
5. Prepare contracts, manage payment schedules, and maintain accurate records.
6. Attend wedding fairs and support marketing efforts for promotions and campaigns.
7. Oversee event day operations and manage last-minute adjustments.
8. Gather client feedback and support continuous improvement of services.
