Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the exhibitions, events, and interior fit-out sectors

. Leverage your extensive B2B sales experience to identify and secure high-value business opportunities in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing.

. Lead pitches and develop strategic proposals, collaborating closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, design, development) to deliver tailored, comprehensive solutions.

. Act as a trusted consultant to event organizers and exhibitors, ensuring their brands achieve maximum visibility and impact.

. Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through consistent, meaningful engagement.

. Oversee project management tasks as required, ensuring seamless coordination and communication between all stakeholders to guarantee successful event execution.

. Work with Internal Design and Operations team to ensure proposals and fabrication adhere to client requirements


Qualifications:

. Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

. Minimum 2 years of working experience related jobs

. Proven track record in sales, added bonus for experience in the exhibition and conference industry

. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a portfolio of successful deals and client relationships.

. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.

. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

. Prior experience managing projects or leading initiatives will be highly valued.
