Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and website
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and event packages based on client requirements
  • Follow up with leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, school, and private clients
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth event setup and execution
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings when required
  • Upsell and cross-sell carnival games, food stalls, and event add-on
  • Manage event schedules and ensure timely payment collection
  • Update CRM/sales records and maintain proper documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after events

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Events Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years of sales experience (event industry experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident in handling client enquiries and closing sale
  • Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working on weekends when required (off-in-lieu provided)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic digital tools
  • Good time management and organisational skills
