Qualifications & experience
- Have more than 1 year of experience in event coordinating
- Able to work with Teams/Vendors to execute successful events
- Assist in coordinating, set up and teardown of events
- Communicate with client through call, whatsapp, email and on-site
- Diploma/degree in events, hospitality, or related field (preferred)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Access platforms such as gebiz and tenderboard to bid for projects
- Handling enquiries for event planning & equipment rental
- Work with designer & event coordinator to coordinate vendors, manpower, delivery for events
- Assist in pre-planning, setup / teardown and onsite event management
- Work in a team to run the event smoothly
- Manage costs and maximise profits
- Inject fresh ideas to make every event unique
- Source for and liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Servicing existing and new clients
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
