Job Description

Our client is an event production company specialising in large-scale events, sports, exhibitions and immersive experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering large-scale events from concept to completion with a strong focus on sports productions. You need to be hands-on within the role to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop event concepts, timelines and execution strategies
  • Create detailed project schedules and operational plans
  • Manage project budgets and cost tracking
  • Ensure projects remain profitable and within budget
  • Liaise with clients, sponsors and associations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venue operators, and suppliers
  • Oversee venue overlay (staging, seating, branding structures)
  • Manage AV, lighting, staging, and production requirements
  • Lead onsite teams and operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues
  • Ensure smooth delivery of live events
  • Prepare financial reconciliation and project reports

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Events Management, Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in event or production management
  • Experience in large-scale or sports events is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of venue operations, staging, AV and lighting
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
