Job Responsibilities:
Project Business Development & Sales
- Bring in potential event organisers for collaborated events
- Identify, target, and secure new exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for collaborated events
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for collaborated events
- Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners of collaborated events
- Provide consultative support to partners, ensuring their objectives are met
- Deliver exceptional partner support service & communication throughout the collaborated events
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new collaborated event opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns
- Contribute to pricing strategies and sales packages
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and MICE services teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Provide input on event design and layout to optimize exhibitor and visitor experience
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years direct experience from Event Organizers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in project management and sales, preferably within events, consumer shows & trade shows
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term partner & client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
