Coordinate end-to-end operational activities, including vendor liaison, interdepartmental liaison, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth execution of the event.
Plan and monitor the operations budget with KPI, including tracking expenses for equipment rentals, logistics, and manpower.
Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies, to align on event requirements, licensing, and permits.
Ensure events comply with local regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements (e.g., SFA, SCDF, SPF permits).
Develop a Gantt Chart timeline and a weekly PCG deck to support the project management, such as a weekly update to internal and external stakeholders.
Capable of drafting AUTOCAD 2D floor plan, 3D sketch up (or equivalent software)
Expected to work on the weekends (welcome to events life)
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in one or more of the following:
Events Management
Project Management
Design (Interior/Spatial/Industrial Design)
Professional Experience
24 years of event operations or project management experience, ideally in:
Pop-up markets, lifestyle shows, festivals, B2C activations, or youth-focused programming
Working with government agencies (e.g. SLA, SFA, SCDF, SPF) for event compliance
