Event Producer

Aspire is excited to be partnering with 2 established events businesses, looking for their next Producer to join their team. This opportunity will bring you the chance to work with exciting brands on major projects, whilst being a part of growing agencies, that pride themselves in delivering world class events.

THE ROLE

You will have a strong understanding and practical experience in event logistics and management, with the drive to learn and grow your skill set within a fast-paced team.

• Collaborate closely with all departments to develop and be responsible for event requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the venue, planning and managing all aspect of the event.
• Act as a point of contact for clients while an event is taking place.

ALL ABOUT YOU:

• 2-3 years event management / producer experience.
• Experience managing projects.
• Enjoy client interaction.
• Passion for delivery.

Your Profile:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills
• Adaptable and creative with the ability to problem solve
• Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
