Job Description & Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Event Operations Manager to oversee and execute all event-related activities for Kind Kones.
This role is responsible for end-to-end event planning, on-site execution, and post-event performance, ensuring seamless operations while delivering an exceptional brand experience. You will play a key role in driving revenue through events, partnerships, and activations, while upholding our commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan, organise, and manage all events including pop-ups, corporate functions, festivals, and brand activations
- Liaise with event organisers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth coordination
- Manage event calendars, bookings, and logistics timelines
Operations & Execution
- Oversee full event setup and teardown, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards
- Manage inventory allocation, equipment, and product transportation for events
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise event crew and part-time staff
- Lead on-site teams to ensure smooth service and excellent customer engagement
- Foster a positive, high-energy team environment aligned with brand values
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
- Deliver a memorable and engaging customer experience at every event
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Kind Kones plant-based philosophy
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Sales & Performance Management
- Drive event sales and meet revenue targets
- Monitor event performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and event growth
Administrative & Compliance
- Manage event budgets and cost control
- Maintain proper documentation, permits, and hygiene certifications
- Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event management, F&B operations, or retail operations
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle on-ground challenges
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on operational work
- Food hygiene certification preferred
