Our client, a global tech giant is seeking a Program Coordinator to play a key role in supporting customer engagements for large scale events & functions. The coordinator supports customer-facing teams by coordinating events, maintaining master presentation decks, and managing the speaker program-including sourcing, scheduling, and keeping speakers engaged and trained.
Responsibilities
- Match speakers to sessions based on goals, expertise, and customer needs.
- Support special requests and last-minute speaker assignments.
- Manage speaker readiness, expectations, and contingency plans for complex engagements.
- Act as escalation point during live events, handling dropouts and replacements.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation of new speakers.
- Maintain accurate speaker profiles, data, and engagement insights.
- Coordinate training sessions, logistics, and opportunities to keep the speaker community motivated.
- Produce reports and insights on speaker performance, topic coverage, and program effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in program coordination, events, communications, or executive engagement.
- Prior community management experience will be good to have.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage shifting priorities under tight timelines.
- Proficient with productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint BI tools a plus).
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
