Role Description The Event Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing event marketing activities, including retail promotions and participation in trade shows. The specialist will support brand visibility by engaging event attendees, managing booth setups, and ensuring consistent messaging across all event materials. Daily responsibilities include liaising with partners and vendors, tracking event performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align event plans with marketing objectives. The role also requires providing excellent customer service on-site, responding to inquiries, and collecting feedback to improve future events.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Event Marketing and experience organizing or supporting promotional events and campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Retail Sales to drive on-site conversions and support revenue goals at events.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to engage attendees professionally and handle inquiries effectively.
• Candidates should possess experience with Trade Shows, including booth coordination, logistics, and stakeholder management.
• Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse audiences.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in event coordination, brand activation, or field marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
