Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event management, marketing, or related fields
- Min Higher Nitec in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Basic design skills in Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator is a bonus
- Able to work weekends, to support tournament, event schedules and travel when required for events
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Interest in Trading Card Games (TCG), tabletop gaming, or organized play ecosystem is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams for event arrangements
- Manage event logistics including setup, materials, and on-site coordination
- Assist in content creation for marketing materials and social media platforms
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-event reports
- Support branding and promotional activities as assigned
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor brand positioning, collect competitors market data across assigned channels, and identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, product visibility, and sales performance.
- Support ad-hoc marketing and operational duties as assigned
