Join our team as a Events Project Manager to manage large-scale event projects for the government and clients in Singapore. You will be responsible for:
- Leading the planning, coordination, and execution ofevents, ensuring they are delivered on time andwithin budget.
- Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, andgovernment stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Overseeing event logistics, scheduling, and setup, ensuringevery detail is meticulously managed.
- Tracking event progress, identifying risks, and providing regularupdates to senior management.
- Collecting post-event feedback to evaluate the event's successand identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in event planning or project management, preferably in government or large-scale corporate settings.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
