Job Description

Join our team as a Events Project Manager to manage large-scale event projects for the government and clients in Singapore. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the planning, coordination, and execution ofevents, ensuring they are delivered on time andwithin budget.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, andgovernment stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Overseeing event logistics, scheduling, and setup, ensuringevery detail is meticulously managed.
  • Tracking event progress, identifying risks, and providing regularupdates to senior management.
  • Collecting post-event feedback to evaluate the event's successand identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in event planning or project management, preferably in government or large-scale corporate settings.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring smooth event
