You are an Event Manager who will ensure that all aspects of assigned programme are successfully delivered to the client. This includes ensuring the project is on budget and clients are effectively communicated to.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Management
- Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency.
- Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental program proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans as they relate to solutions. Ensures PCNs are clearly communicated to client and approved.
- Ensure clear communication to the client for the assigned program regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and program status/ action items.
Working in a Team
- Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Create and maintain complex and interdependent project schedules.
- Use strong verbal and written communications skills to proactively ensure goals are clear.
- Manage resources; identify, negotiate, and book external resources as needed.
Budget Management
- Working with the Key Account Team members to create programme budgets and manage the revenue throughout client programs.
- Manage/mitigate third party costs.
- Develop and actively manage vendor/ freelance talent relationships to ensure best available talent and pricing.
- Reconcile program costs against budget for your assigned programme.
Creative Management
- Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients.
- Continually look for innovative solutions and production methods.
- Execute the integrity of the creative treatment in all deliverables.
- Contribute and recommend ideas on alternative solutions and the latest technology to enhance and add value to any experience.
The person we are looking for, would ideally have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience creating integrated, b2b campaigns and digital experiences and delivering solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, leadership, collaboration, communication, decision making, project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Process oriented, good command of project management tools and MS Office suite.
- Strong familiarity and comfort with technology in general, a desire to remain informed of current trends and improvements, and the ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility, and professional confidence.
- Interest and experience in a variety of areas: Consumer Engagement, Activation, Meetings, Events and Digital a plus.
