Job Overview
We are looking for reliable and energetic Event Logistics Helpers to support our events team with set-up and tear-down of event equipment, furniture, and materials. This is an ad-hoc, part-time role based on event schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of event materials.
- Set up event infrastructure (booths, tables, chairs, backdrops, signage, AV equipment, etc.) according to floor plans.
- Support with on-site logistics such as moving supplies and assisting event crew.
- Ensure safe handling of equipment and materials.
- Dismantle and pack event materials after the event.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after set-up/tear-down.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the event manager/supervisor.
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to carry/lift heavy items when required.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to follow instructions well.
- Positive working attitude and a team player.
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays depending on event schedule.
- Prior event logistics/set-up experience will be an advantage, but not required.
Working Hours & Pay
- Ad-hoc, based on confirmed event dates (typically early in the morning, evening or night time)
- Pay: hourly rate or per event basis
