Role summary
Drive influencer-led activations and on-ground events while supporting sales objectives: source/manage KOLs, run events end-to-end, engage prospects at events, convert leads, and track campaign ROI.
Core responsibilities
- Plan and execute KOL/influencer campaigns tied to sales goals (briefing, content approvals, deliverables).
- Source, vet and negotiate with KOLs/micro-influencers manage contracts, deliverables and payments.
- Lead event logistics: venue, vendors, AV, staffing, run-sheets, on-site coordination and troubleshooting.
- Represent the brand at events - engage attendees, capture leads, demo products/services.
- Qualify and hand off leads to sales team follow up on leads when required.
- Track campaign and event performance (reach, engagement, lead quality, conversions) and produce post-event reports.
- Manage event and KOL budgets ensure cost controls and vendor payment.
- Maintain KOL and vendor databases build long-term creator partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with advertising and disclosure guidelines.
- Manage Corporate Sales as per required.
Key skills & traits
- Strong event/project management and on-site problem-solving.
- Good relationship-building and negotiation with influencers and vendors.
- Sales aptitude: lead qualification, pitching, closing basics.
- Confident public-facing presence and good communication.
- Basic content direction and social media literacy (IG, TikTok, YouTube).
- Comfortable with targets, CRM use, and simple reporting (UTMs, spreadsheets).
- Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable under pressure.
Experience & qualifications
- Diploma/degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or related.
- 1-4 years in events, influencer marketing, retail sales, or experiential marketing.
- Portfolio or examples of past events/campaigns preferred.
