Role Description

This is a Part-time hybrid role for an Event Host, located in Singapore Shanghai London with some work from home acceptable. The Event Host will be responsible for planning, organizing, and hosting events. The day-to-day tasks include customer interaction, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth execution of scheduled events.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and Sales
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote settings
• Previous experience in event hosting or event management is a plus

Handle on-site ticket verification and venue setup.

Take photos/videos of daily events, edit videos, and retouch photos using mobile apps.

Distribute event materials and items to participants.

Assist in planning and implementing new activities.

Host small-scale community events in Chinese and English.

Manage check-ins for event attendees.

Communicate with international participants in English.

Flexible weekly workload (less than one day per week).

Note: Applicants already located in Shanghai preferred; university students prioritized.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in music events or tabletop gaming.

Passion for interactive activities.

University students preferred.

Social media management or community maintenance.

Student council or club leadership roles.

B.Organizational Skills

Strong event planning and execution abilities.

C. Language Skills

Fluent in English (mandatory for international communication).

Additional language skills (a plus!).
