Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Executive based in Singapore. The Event Executive will assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-profile events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing event budgets, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role demands creativity, precision, and exceptional organizational skills to deliver unique and impactful experiences on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, production, and management preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to develop and execute creative concepts, marketing strategies, and artistic direction
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with expertise in budget management and event logistics coordination
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with sustainable practices and a commitment to incorporating them into event planning
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools and platforms
• Prior experience in luxury, hospitality, or event industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
