As a part of our Events Experience Team, you will play a key role in taking ideas from concept to execution while collaborating with clients, vendors, and teams on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination

• Assist in developing event concepts, timelines, and logistics plans in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Take ownership of smaller-scale events and coordinate critical elements of larger projects.
• Manage bookings, contracts, and permits for venues and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners including caterers, AV technicians, venues, and other service providers.
• Ensure all third-party services are delivered to the required standard and within project timelines.

On-Site Event Execution

• Supervise event setup, registration areas, guest logistics, and post-event breakdown.
• Act as the lead on-site contact for designated events or specific areas of responsibility.

Budget Tracking

• Support budget planning by gathering quotes, tracking expenditures, and processing invoices.
• Monitor financial elements to ensure alignment with the approved budget.

Post-Event Analysis

• Collect and compile feedback from clients, attendees, and team members.
• Assist in reporting on key performance metrics and identify actionable insights to optimize future events.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in professional event planning and execution, including managing large-scale, high-profile, or complex events.
• Skilled in end-to-end event lifecycle: planning, logistics, vendor management, execution, and post-event analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients, partners, and vendors professionally.
• Willing to travel and work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on events needs.
