Event Executive / Sr Event Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Fully own and manage events, from the initial client brief through to seamless onsite execution

• Key Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for Tier-1 corporate clients

• Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Liaise with and direct regional creative and production teams to execute on 3D designs and concepts

• Drive Account Growth:Actively manage incoming leads and referrals to cultivate repeat business and ensure client retention

What we need:

• Agency Experience: 2 - 5 years specifically in an Event Agency (essential)

• B2B Focus: Proven experience running professional corporate events

• Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of Singapore venues, vendors, and regulations

• Comfortable with flexible hours during event peaks and onsite delivery
