Event Executive - Aspen Event Planners

Aspen Event Planners is looking for an experienced and hands-on Event Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should haveexperience in the events industry and possess a good understanding of the full event management process - from planning and production through to on-site execution.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in event management or event production
• Knowledge of end-to-end event planning and execution
• Familiar with event technology, AV and technical production
• Understanding of event design, fabrication and pavilion/exhibition construction
• Experience coordinating event logistics, suppliers, venues and manpower
• Able to manage multiple projects, timelines and budgets
• Resourceful, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on attitude
