Our client is an international B2B media and events organisation with a strong global reputation for delivering market-leading exhibitions, conferences and industry publications across technical and high-growth sectors. They are currently expanding their footprint across Asia, investing in new event growth within the mobility and automotive technology ecosystem, with Singapore positioned as a key regional hub.

Job Description

  • Own overall commercial performance, including revenue delivery, profitability and long-term growth strategy for the event portfolio
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sponsorship and exhibition sales targets
  • Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team and external sales agent network
  • Drive new business development, including new revenue streams, sponsorship concepts and adjacent product launches
  • Build and manage relationships with international exhibitors and partners across Asia, Europe and North America to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Develop and execute annual event business plans, including full P&L ownership and KPI delivery
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and production teams to ensure successful event delivery and strong customer experience
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer needs to shape future event strategy and positioning
  • Support onsite delivery, rebook strategy and post-event commercial performance reviews
  • Represent the brand at industry events, competitor exhibitions and key customer meetings

The Successful Applicant


  • Proven track record in B2B events, exhibitions or media sales with strong commercial ownership experience
  • Demonstrated success in delivering revenue targets and managing full event or product P&L
  • Experience leading, mentoring and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and execute new revenue opportunities
  • Experience managing senior external stakeholders including partners, associations and key accounts
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a regional or global matrix organisation
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience within automotive, mobility, technology or industrial sectors is advantageous but not essential
