Event Crew (Trade Show)

We are hiring Event Crew to support an upcoming conference at Fairmont Singapore. We are looking for reliable and service-oriented individuals to assist with guest services and event operations.

Position: Event Crew
Work Location: Fairmont Singapore
Rate of Pay:$12 per hour

Event Dress Code

• Black collared shirt

• Long black pants

• Black covered shoes

Team A - Event Crew

Working Schedule:

30 August: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (4 hours)
31 August: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (5 hours) exclude 1hr break

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist event guests

• Guide guests to designated seating areas

• Support business matching sessions

• Attend to general guest enquiries

• Provide basic event support and coordination

• Assist with other event-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, approachable and service-oriented

• Responsible and punctual

• Able to commit to the stated working dates and hours

• Able to follow event procedures and instructions

• Previous event, hospitality or customer service experience will be an advantage but is not essential
