We are looking for a proactive and organised Event Coordinator to join our team! You will work closely with our logistics, carpentry, design, and operations teams to support the smooth planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys bringing events to life through strong coordination and teamwork.
What You Will Do
Coordinate closely with internal teams to prepare event materials, manpower, schedules, and onsite arrangements.
Support the development of event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and logistic documents.
Handle venue and equipment sourcing, delivery arrangements, and setup/teardown coordination.
Conduct internal briefings and ensure all teams are aligned on event requirements.
Assist with promoter recruitment, scheduling, and deployment for sales or roadshow events.
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and post-event reporting.
What We Are Looking For
Diploma in Events/Marketing/Business (ITE/O Levels with experience welcome).
At least 1 year of experience in event coordination, logistics coordination, or project support.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Bilingual candidates preferred to support communication across teams and vendors.
Organised, detailed, and able to work under pressure.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends/PHs, depending on event schedules.
Experience in exhibitions, production, or roadshows is an advantage.
