. Plan and manage events from confirmation to completion (setup → service → teardown)
. Coordinate manpower, delivery timing, and on-site operations
. Ensure smooth execution of buffets, bento setups, and live stations
. Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure service standards are met
2. Catering Sales & Client Management
. Respond to enquiries (WhatsApp, email, calls) promptly and professionally
. Understand client needs and recommend suitable menus/setups
. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales
. Build relationships with corporate and returning clients
3. Creative Setup Development
. Design and propose buffet setups, themes, and presentation styles
. Work on new ideas for:
o Buffet line styling (e.g. rustic, modern, festive)
o Self-heat set concepts
o Seasonal set up (Mother's Day, CNY, etc.)
. Improve food presentation and customer experience
4. Logistics & Operations Coordination
. Coordinate with kitchen on food preparation and timing
. Arrange transport, equipment, and setup materials
. Ensure all items (tables, skirting, warmers, décor) are prepared
. Maintain inventory of event equipment
5. Marketing & Business Growth Support
. Provide input for promotions and packages
. Suggest new catering packages (e.g. mini buffet, themed sets)
. Support social media content ideas (setup photos, new launches)

. Able to work on-site (weekends/events)
