Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events such as conferences, seminars, and networking sessions.
Manage event logistics, registrations, and post-event follow-ups.
Liaise with speakers, partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
Support programme development, including scheduling and speaker coordination.
Assist with event promotion through website updates, email campaigns, and social media.
Provide administrative support for Council meetings, including coordination and minutes-taking.
Handle general administrative tasks, including vendor coordination, website updates, and invoice processing.
Requirements
Diploma in Events Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in events, coordination, or administrative roles.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Mailchimp WordPress experience is a plus.
