Key Responsibilities
IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation
.Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation.
.Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery.
.Verify and maintain shipping documents - invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
.Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.
Pricing, Sourcing & Partner Communication
. Act as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
. Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
. Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
. Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners.
Compliance & Problem Resolution
. Stay current on customs regulations and trade policies across relevant countries.
. Ensure all shipments comply with applicable import/export laws and guidelines.
. Identify and resolve operational issues such as shipment delays or customs holds.
Requirements:
. Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
. 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations. Candidate with relevant internship experience are welcome.
. Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
. Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable engaging with overseas partners.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
