Job Summary
You will diagnose, maintain, and repair electric commercial vehicles using advanced tools, ensuring safety compliance and quality through thorough inspections and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Use advanced computerized diagnostic tools to identify engine, transmission, and electrical system issues accurately
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance including fluid changes, brake replacements, and repairs on steering, suspension, and air conditioning systems
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and test drives to verify the quality and effectiveness of repairs
- Remove, repair, or replace worn-out or broken vehicle components to restore optimal function
- Maintain proper documentation records that comply with safety regulations and keep the workplace clean and organized
- Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors as needed
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a certificate, Diploma, or Nitec in Automotive Technology or equivalent
- Hold a valid Class 3 Driver's license
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Have at least 1- 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
