The Position
Summary
As an intern with the End User Services team, you will be supporting high priority projects in the areas of End User Technology, User Support and Audio Video event support. This is the face or front door of Information Technology in our business and is critical to ensuring that our business runs smoothly, and users can rely on Technology to achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and observe EUS engineers resolving technology questions and issues where directed.
- Assist with keeping clear records of all activities in the Technology Support team under the direction of the EUS engineers.
- Assist the EUS Team buy logging requests, coordinating simple activities and following up on deliverables to ensure targets are met and user experience is maintained at a high level.
- Maintain a positive can-do attitude and a cheerful and professional demeanour with colleagues and users.
- Assist where directed in delivering operational on-site and remote support for online events, such as large-scale video conference, online presentation, and webinars.
- Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting audio, video, lighting, and other related equipment.

What We Are Looking For
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office; familiarity with IOS and Mac is a plus.
- Good written and oral communication skills with a strong desire to work with colleagues at all levels in an organisation. Prior customer service experience in a retail or support environment would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom) would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
