Overview
We are partnering with a leading global financial markets infrastructure organization to hire an EUC Specialist / IT Operations Engineer in Singapore. This role will provide onsite and remote end-user technology support across the APAC region, covering enterprise systems, endpoint devices, collaboration tools, virtual desktop environments, and user access management within a global support model.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote end-user support for hardware, software, endpoint devices, and enterprise IT systems
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, Office 365, remote access tools, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems
- Support Active Directory, Entra ID, virtual desktop environments, software deployment, patching, and access management
- Manage ITSM / Jira ticket queues, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain accurate documentation of incidents and requests
- Handle user onboarding, hardware provisioning, asset tracking, and hardware break/fix support
- Collaborate with global infrastructure and security teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using tools such as PowerShell or Python
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in EUC, IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or IT operations
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365 environments
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, including group policy, security groups, and user access management
- Experience with virtual desktop environments such as VMware Horizon or equivalent
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and break/fix support across enterprise endpoint devices
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, DNS, and DHCP
- Exposure to PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools is advantageous
- Exposure to macOS and Linux environments is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and service mindset
- Comfortable with follow-the-sun support, on-call rotation, and occasional weekend maintenance where required
