Job Overview
You will be deployed to our client who is a leading governmenttechnology agency driving digital transformation and innovation in thehealthcare sector. You will provide technical support to end users, assistingwith hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.This role involves responding to service tickets, performing systemmaintenance, and supporting the implementation of new systems.
Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance to end users forhardware and software issues.
- Respond to, document, and resolve servicetickets in a timely manner.
- Assist users with installations andconfigurations of IT equipment.
System Implementation
- Support the installation and testing of newhardware and software.
- Ensure integration and compatibility of newsystems with existing infrastructure.
- Assist in the development of new reporttemplates and formats.
System Maintenance
- Perform routine system maintenance andbackups.
- Participate in disaster recovery drills andsystem recovery processes.
- Maintain documentation of system activitiesand procedures.
- Conduct research on new technology
Issue Resolution
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technicalproblems.
- Simulate user issues to troubleshoot andresolve operating difficulties.
- Develop preventive measures and solutions toreduce user problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree inComputer Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant experience as an EUC Engineer
- ITIL certified
- Have experience supporting VIP users
- Experience with procurement including submit purchase request, verify invoices, etc.
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Must be able to support 24/7 standby support (rotational) when required
