Role Summary
- The EUC Dispatch Support Engineer will provide scheduled onsite EUC support on a part-time basis, delivering hands-on desktop and hardware assistance during predefined dispatch windows. The role supports end users through physical troubleshooting, hardware tasks, and coordination with remote IT teams.
Scope of Services / Responsibilities
- Provide onsite EUC dispatch support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Perform hardware setup, replacements, and basic repairs during dispatch visits
- Troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems and common office applications
- Assist with basic network connectivity issues (wired and wireless)
- Act as the local onsite liaison for remote IT teams during incident resolution
- Document incidents, actions taken, and outcomes in the ticketing system
- Support IT asset handling and verification during onsite visits
- Communicate clearly and professionally with end users in English
- Lift, move, and install IT equipment as required
- Dispatch Schedule0.5 day onsite support, twice per week
- Schedule coordinated in advance based on operational requirements
- Additional ad-hoc visits only if separately approved
- Required Skills & ExperiencePrior experience in EUC / Desktop / IT Support
- Hands-on troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments
- Familiarity with standard office productivity tools
- Basic understanding of network connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience using ITSM / ticketing tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
